Hailun company has now put into use the new Hailuns plant, construction area of 70 acres , building investment for 160 million, set research and development, production and sales in one.
The new plant is designed to be able to produce 42,500 pieces pianos annually. The new plant will sustain the healthier development in the Hailun’s future.
Hailun is committed to creating environmentally friendly products, not only focus on the quality of musical instruments, but also pay attention to musical instruments to the environment, to the performer's environmental protection.
Sharp tools make good work. The number of parts of the piano reached 9000 or so, the assembling and producing process is strictly controlled in order to achieve the high quality of the piano.
Owning more than thirty national patents, Hailun Piano has imported all-NC high-tech piano equipment and production lines. A long term cooperation with a number of foreign piano designers,experts, and tuning masters to supervise the producing and assembling process which lead to a perfect combination of modern high-tech and advanced assemble technology from Europe.
