1. Forward adjustment: When the neck is bent downward or the chord height becomes high, the adjustment lever must be adjusted clockwise so that the neck is bent back to a normal angle.
2. Reverse Adjustment: When the neck is bent upwards or buzzing, the adjustment lever must be adjusted counterclockwise to allow the neck to bend back down to a normal angle.
3. To check the neck’s situation: First of all, set up the guitar, from the first fret 1 down to see the last fret, hold the first and the fourteenth fret at the same time , and then check the first chord’s seventh, eighth fret to see if it is 0.25mm high (about the thickness of a piece of paper). Then check all six strings in turns.
To adjust string heights:
1. General folk guitar: 1 fret 1 string 0.5mm 6 string 0.55mm
                                  12 fret 1 string 2.3mm 6 string 2.6mm
2. Full solid folk guitar: 1 fret 1 string 0.5mm 6 string 0.55mm
                                  12 fret 1 string 2.1mm 6 string 2.6mm
3. Classical guitar: 1 fret 1 string 0.65mm 6 string 0.70mm
                                  12 fret 1 string 3.4mm 6 string 3.7mm
If the bolster or bridge is too tall, use a fine sandpaper to polish the bottom according to the above standard. If a single string is too high, you can loosen the string and gently lower the string with a small file. The setting of the chord height may be higher or lower due to personal habits and preferences, but the high chord height will make it difficult to play, and low chord height may easily cause noise. At this point, you can adjust the height of the string from the height of the bridge.
