1. Warranty products of our company must have the company's inspection certificate and purchase credentials.
2. One year warranty is provided from the day of purchase (excluding damages caused by improper use or force majeure). A cost will be charged for repairs after the warranty period. (Notice: Please check the shell of the piano upon unpacking. Replacement won’t be accepted after a week of receiving the product.)
3. If the state has new rules during the warranty period, it will be implemented according to the state regulations.
