On the evening of August 22, 2018, the 2018 "Piano Sound on Silk Road" Ningbo International Piano Art Festival and Sound Talent Award International Piano Invitational Tournament was grandly opened in Beilun, Ningbo. With the theme of “Let the music connect the world and let the piano go into life”, the international elements, music art and life elements are related to each other. Hailun Piano will present a large-scale music event with international professionalism to the national audience.
Weng Lumin, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Ningbo Municipal People's Congress, Xu Yanan, deputy mayor, Yu Weinian, vice chairman of the CPPCC, Zhang Wenjie, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee, Zhang Aiqin, director of the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Television, Hu Kui, head of the Beilun District, and Chairman of the European Piano Education Association Milan Franek, the famous domestic pianist educator Bao Huiqiao, and Chen Hailun, the chairman of Hailun Piano Co., Ltd., and other guests came to the stage and pressed the piano keys together. The festival was officially opened in the lively applause.
On the evening of the opening ceremony, Hu Kui, head of Beilun District of Ningbo City, Milan Franek, Chairman of the European Piano Education Association, and Chen Hailun, Chairman of Hailun Piano Co., Ltd. delivered speeches for the opening of the 2018 "Piano Sound on Silk Road" Ningbo International Piano Art Festival.
The festival was hosted by the European Union Piano Education Association, the Zhejiang Musicians Association, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee, the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Television and the Beilun District People's Government. Propaganda Department of Beilun District Committee of the Communist Party of China, Culture and Radio and Television Press and Publication Bureau of Beilun District, Hailun Piano Co., Ltd., Ningbo Vocational and Technical College, Ningbo Musicians Association, Yijia Culture Media, Ningbo Performing Arts Group, Ningbo Symphony Orchestra, Bodi Film Show Castle executed and organized this event.
At the opening ceremony, Yu Feng, Dean of the Central Conservatory of Music, sent a VCR to warmly congratulate the opening of the festival. He said that he is very happy to hold such a music event in China. He hopes that such an event will push the national musical instrument brand represented by Hailun piano to a broader market.
The festival invited the Chinese pianist Wu Yili to perform at the opening ceremony. She and the internationally renowned violinist Xue Suli from the United States came together to bring you the classic piano violin duo "Liang Zhu".
In an interview with the live host, Teacher Wu Yili said: "My age number is the same as the piano keys. There are 36 black keys and 52 white keys. They add up to my age." 88-year-old Wu Yili also spoke with the Ningbo dialect on the spot, and the warm applause sounded for the old pianist.
Cai Dasheng, a European tenor singer, Chen Dashuai, the first winner of the German International Outstanding Young Singer Competition, and the Wenhua Award winner of the Chinese Ministry of Culture, the first place in the Zhejiang Singer Contest, and the Zhejiang Provincial Chief Tenor Zhang Zhe. Bring songs such as "Nessun dorma", "O Sole Mio" and other classic songs.
At the opening ceremony of this festival, the piano ensemble "Army March" brought by 18 artists brought great shock to the guests and audience. When the artists played 9 Hailun pianos, the music's magnificent momentum and impactful appeal made everyone listen carefully.
